Blond Pride Parade (International Blondes Day)

Latvia: Blonde Parade Announced in Riga

The organizers of the parade in Latvia are asking UNESCO to declare May 31, International Blonde Day.

Up to 2,000 blondes are expected to come to the streets of Riga during the weekend, reports the Latvian blonde association.

The politically incorrect parade has determined a strict dress code, so all women will parade in red, pink and white. Leading up to the event, individual blondes, or groups of up to ten blondes can apply for the parade on a website dedicated to the history of Barbie, jokes about blondes and information about the campaign which seeks to declare May 31, International Blonde Day.

After the parade, the participants will participate in golf and tennis tournaments, a fashion show and various parties. Awards will be given to the best blonde from the police, television star and journalist.

The blonde forces will also gather money for humanitarian project for children.
